No, Participation is strictly voluntary. One person can use the program or they all can.
Employees are not asked to specifically enroll in the program. Only the employer is asked to complete a simple information sheet that lets Vision Source know whom the company contact is, and how many employees are in that organization. Once that information is received, Vision Source sends sufficient membership cards to the employer and asks that the employer distribute them accordingly. The information sheet also enables Vision Source to send information brochures.
The employee merely presents the enrollment card previously distributed by the employer at the time of the and this information is then entered into his or her permanent office record. visit
If the new company doesn't have vision coverage, Vision Source will be happy to sign them up.

Business owner/office manager/HR fills out Employer enrolment form (attaches a list of employees if possible). Have 2 membership cards with you and a few flyers to hand to the owner. Write the business owners name on one card and hand the other card to the owner to fill out for an employee.
If you fax over the enrolment form, then let the Business owner know that we will have Savings Plan membership cards dropped off/mailed and the employees will receive their cards at the time of their appt/examination. They must remember to mention that they are a member of VS 20/20 Savings Plan at the time of making the appt. The card will be attached to the routing slip at the appt time.
